The Putnam County Budget Committee will meet again Monday.
Last week, Putnam County Executive Randy Porter told the committee the per-penny tax revenues were up a bit.
The county’s general fund will receive an extra $466,000 next year.
The group is tasked with creating a budget that covers all county expenses, including step raises for employees and an expected 15 percent increase in health insurance premiums.
The final budget must be approved by the complete county commission.
