State Representative Kelly Keisling presented a Tennessee House of Representatives proclamation to Fentress County Director Of Schools Kristi Hall honoring her selection as the 2027 Upper Cumberland Superintendent of the Year.
Keisling said the proclamation was issued by Speaker of the House Cameron Sexton on behalf of the 114th General Assembly.
“We salute your professional expertise and personal excellence,” Keisling said, “And we wish you all the best in our future endeavors. Kristi, this was proclaimed in Nashville on the fourth day of August 2026, and I wanna again congratulate you. It’s truly an honor to be working with you and serving you.”
Keisling said the honor recognizes the positive influence Hall has on many young lives through her work as a talented and compassionate administrator. He said Hall works diligently to ensure students reach their full potential as both scholars and citizens.
“Kristi truly epitomizes the dedicated professional who is wholly committed to the highest ideals of public service and quality education for all, and she should be specially recognized,” Keisling said.
Keisling said he also brought a letter of congratulations to accompany the formal resolution.
“It’s truly an honor to be working with you and serving you,” Keisling said.
