The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate a helicopter crash at Warren County Memorial Airport that left a pilot injured during a training exercise.
The incident involving the pilot and a student. Hillis said the helicopter had stopped at the airport to refuel prior to the crash.
Emergency officials said the pilot was transported to a hospital with facial injuries but was able to walk and talk following the accident. Hillis said the male student involved in the training maneuver was not injured.
