Crossville’s Driver Services Center will reopen Monday following a series of extensive facility renovations designed to improve the customer experience and employee efficiency.
The Dooley Street facility has been closed since March 30 to undergo upgrades. Officials said the project focused on creating a more modern environment for both the public and the staff working within the center.
The renovated center features a redesigned lobby with modern furniture, fresh paint, and updated flooring. Officials said the project also included the installation of updated technology and a newly configured ergonomic testing area.
The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security operates the center Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
