Flash flood warnings posted Sunday morning in Pickett and northern Fentress Counties as more heavy rain moves through the area.
The Weather Service said radar estimates peg rainfall in the area at two to three inches over the last several hours. An additional one to two inches are possible. Rain continues to move southeast from northern Kentucky.
Emergency management reports flooding occuring at this hour. Portions of Lick Creek Road are inundated with water, three miles northeast of Byrdstown.
Portions of Delk Creek Road along the Wolf River are also covered with water. Portions of Lawson Street north of Jamestown impassable as of Sunday morning at 9am.
The back end of the rainfall sits between Campbellsville and Somerset, Kentucky.
The flash flood warning remains in effect until 12:15pm
