Several trees were knocked down Wednesday in the Hermitage Springs area as a severe thunderstorm moved through the region.
The Clay County 911 Center reported that most of the fallen trees were along county and state highways, but none are currently blocking traffic. The storm also brought reports of golf ball-sized hail.
T-DOT and local fire crews are standing by to clear debris once the storm passes.
