A 76-year old Cumberland County woman found dead in her home in what appears to be a killing.
Linda Spivey found inside her Big Horn Drive home after Cumberland County 911 received a request for a welfare check Monday night. Investigators charged 59-year-old Kenneth Spivey with First Degree Murder.
Kenneth Spivey jailed on $1 million bond. The body being sent to the Medical Examiners Office in Nashville. The investigation continues.
