For some high schools, fall break takes place this week. For other schools, fall break will need to wait until next week after they hope to take care of business in critical October match-ups.
Jackson County hosts Cannon County. The Blue Devils must win tonight to qualify for the Region 4 playoffs. Cannon County is 4-3 and can also clinch a spot in the playoffs with a win.
Cumberland County hosts Rockwood. The Jets have won two of their last three games after starting the season 0-4. They are in the process of concluding their season on a four game home stand. Rockwood enters play 4-3.
DeKalb County faces off with White County. DeKalb enters play 0-2 in the region, needing to win two of their final three games to qualify for the postseason. White County looks to add to their six game winning streak, having already clinched a spot in the playoffs.
Upperman takes on York. Upperman heads into their final non-region game of the season having already clinched a spot in the playoffs. York looks for their first win of the season before needing wins in their final two region games to qualify for the playoffs.
Livingston will face off against Stone Memorial. Livingston will need to win two of their final three games this season to qualify for the playoffs. Stone Memorial can clinch a playoff spot with a win tonight.
