New UC Wedding Venue Debuts Thursday, Regional Appeal

A new luxury Italian-style wedding venue will celebrate its opening in White County Thursday.

Celebrations Hospitality Owner/CEO Terra Bellinger said the venue will attract customers from beyond the Upper Cumberland. Bellinger said the venue can welcome 34 room guests as well as wedding festivities.

“There is nothing like this in this area matter of fact a lot of, most of my brides for 2026 are not even from Tennessee,” Bellinger said. “They’re from outside of Tennessee, however, we have several from the Nashville market, and a few from our market.”

Bellinger said the wedding venue’s low cost and high quality will bring in out-of-state couples, bringing tourist dollars to White County. Bellinger said the county benefits from a hospitality tax from hotels, restaurants and shops through the weekend, when tourists come to town.

“Its a luxury wedding venue and its still much less than the cost of Nashville and Knoxville Chattanooga wedding venues so although it is luxury and it is indeed a little pricier than some it is still nowhere near what most of your upper end wedding venues in the Nashville market or bigger cities is,” Bellinger said.

Bellinger said the quality venue offers a cheaper price than the Nashville Metropolitan area for a similar, dynamic style. Bellinger said the venue also features a ballroom with a smaller meeting room under one roof.

“You just have a lot of the same looks in this area,” Bellinger said. “And this is giving a completely different architecture, a different vibe per say.”

Bellinger said White County does not have much variety in wedding venue styles. Bellinger said the venue was incomplete when she purchased it and she finished the project.

“I, for the past two or three years, have been very intrigued because I had other wedding venues with the Italian style,” Bellinger said. “And I just as soon as I toured the building that was there I knew that’s what I wanted to do.”

Bellinger said social media attention helped build a customer base and spread word about the business through the region.

The Dimora Ribbon Cutting ceremony will be at 10am at the venue located on 440 Baker Mountain Rd.
