Former Jamestown Resident Convicted of TennCare Fraud
A former Jamestown resident has been convicted of fraud and identity theft. 33-year-old Elizabeth Rettig allegedly used another woman’s identity to receive benefits for herself and her son. Rettig has been sentenced to three years of Tennessee Department of Corrections custody and was ordered to pay a $250 fine and an estimated $2,064 in restitution. […]
