Bomb Threat Made Against Crossville Dollar General

An investigation underway after a bomb threat at a Crossville Dollar General Market Friday morning.

Crossville Police report several notes were found at the Miller Avenue store threatening to “blow up” the building. Cumberland County High School, Martin Elementary, and Phoenix School were all put on soft lockdown this morning to ensure no students visited the store.

There have been no reports of devices found at the store.

The Crossville Police Department and Crossville Fire Department responded to the scene. TEMA and the State Bomb Squad have been notified on the threat.
