Two Livingston men have been charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
TBI agents determined that 20-year-old Payton York and 22-year-old Perrion Cruz allegedly created and distributed images and videos of a minor engaged in sexual acts. The Overton County Grand Jury indicted York and Cruz on six counts of Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and 13 counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Both York and Cruz have been arrested and booked into the Overton County Jail on a $1 million bond each.
