Clay Highway Superintendent Court Hearing Rescheduled
The first court hearing for Former Clay County Highway Superintendent Jason Browning has been rescheduled once again. Browning is facing charges of theft and three counts of official misconduct. Browning’s court hearing will now take place on November 3 at 1pm.
