Van Buren County experienced minor flooding and power outages from Wednesday night’s heavy rains.
Van Buren County EMA Public Information Officer Tiwanna Bricker said minor flooding was sporadic across the county, but no roads were closed due to flooding.
Bricker said the Mooneyham Community experienced brief power outages. Bricker said power has since been restored.
Several inches of rain fell from Van Buren into parts of White and Cumberland Counties during the early morning hours of Thursday.
