A Rockwood Man has been charged with first-degree murder after a shooting that occurred Sunday night in Cumberland County.
Investigators determined that 70-year-old Devin Schillinger was responsible for the shooting of 36-year-old Michael Kerley. According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), the shooting occurred in the 200 block of George Anna Drive in Rockwood.
Schillinger was arrested and booked into the Cumberland County Jail Sunday night.
