The State Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of a Fentress County man convicted of killing his neighbor in fall, 2018.
Jeremy James Dalton challenged his 40-year sentence for stabbing his neighbor. Dalton’s appeal included some multiple questions for the court concerning his trial.
A grand jury indicted Dalton in January, 2019. Dalton represented himself at trial. He was convicted of attempted first degree murder.
