White County Football Coach Curtis Beaty announced his resignation Thursday.
Beaty has coached the Warriors for two seasons. Beaty took White County to their first state quarterfinal appearance in program history last season. The Warriors finished 10-3.
White County Officials said the search has begun for a new head coach.
Beaty becomes the third Upper Cumberland coach to announce his resignation this off-season. Livingston Academy head coach Matthan Houser resigned. Kaleb Qualls was announced as Livingston’s new head coach on Wednesday.
Eric Belew takes over at Warren County after Matt Turner left the position in early January.
