Tennessee Senator Ken Yager’s DUI case continued Wednesday.
Both attorneys were present for the calendar call in Georgia. Yager is now set for a motion hearing that will take place on May 1. If needed, a trial is scheduled to be held on May 19.
Yager was arrested on December 3 by Georgia State Patrol in Glynn County after an alleged hit-and-run incident on Jekyll Island. Yager is charged with DUI, hit and run, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
