The Putnam County School Board has delayed the third and final reading for a new policy limiting cell phone usage during instructional time.
Putnam County Director of Schools Corby King said the board is still making tweaks and will further discuss the policy in May’s work session. King said the board is aiming to bring the third and final reading sometime during a meeting in June or July so the policy could be implemented for the next school year.
