Yager DUI Case Continues To Motion Hearing

A motion hearing for Tennessee Senator Ken Yager’s DUI case will take place on Thursday, February 20 in Glynn County, Georgia.

Yager announced he is ready for trial during the calendar call. No further action took place at Wednesday’s calendar call for the case. Any motions that would affect the case are to be brought up at the motion hearing in two weeks.

Yager was arrested on December 3 by Georgia State Patrol after an alleged hit-and-run incident on Jekyll Island. Yager is charged with DUI, hit and run, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
