A now-former investigator with the Warren County Sheriff’s Department has been indicted following an investigation by the Tennesse Bureau of Investigation.
The TBI began its investigation following complaints of potential official misconduct by 39-year-old Steven Allen Carpenter. Carpenter turned himself into Warren County authorities Thursday.
Carpenter was charged with three counts of official misconduct.
