Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies dispatched to 951 Isha Lane Monday in response to an individual who had been banned from the premises.
Robert Vincent Halter had set up camp with an uncontained fire on the Isha Institute of Inner-Sciences property. At the time the press release had been sent out, the fire was still active.
Halter was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and reckless burning.
