Putnam Solid Waste Dept. To Close For Election Day

Putnam County’s Solid Waste Department will be closed Thursday in observance of Election Day. The closures will include the Recycle Center, Transfer Station, Landfill, Household Hazardous Waste Facility, and Convenience Centers. The centers will reopen on Friday morning. The transfer station will close once more on Saturday for repairs.
