WCTE has announced the hiring of its new Director of Developing and Marketing, Susan Luna-Hazelwood.
In her new position, Luna-Hazelwood will oversee all fundraising operations for WCTE, such as philanthropy, corporate giving, individual giving and fundraising events.
A Tennessee Tech grad and Cookeville native, Luna-Hazelwood is coming from Nashville where she spent five years as Senior Director of Individual Giving for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
Luna-Hazelwood is a Certified Fundraising Executive, and has also previously served as President for the Nashville Chapter of the Association for Fundraising Professionals.
The position was previously held by Avery Hutchins, who was appointed Station Manager in January.
