A Fentress County man was sentenced to 10 years in prison after a hearing Thursday.
Charles William Cavender in 2020 was convicted of the unlawful carrying of a firearm after being convicted of multiple felony crimes for violence and being under the influence.
The hearing for this crime was held today and resulted with Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton sentencing the defendant.
