Algood Mayor Lisa Chapman Fowler said the remaining commercial lots on Big Mac Drive have been sold.
The question now: have plans been submitted?
“That is the question I get asked most often is, ‘Well, has anybody submitted any plans for this acreage that was purchased out there on Big Mac Drive?'” Fowler said. “The answer to that is no.”
Three fast food restaurants are located along Big Mac Drive currently.
“All the property now has been sold on Big Mac Drive,” Fowler said. “Out where the restaurants are located. The Zaxby’s, the Taco Bell. That area.”
