The Fentress County Commissioners approved the county road department to complete two projects for others government entities.
The road department with clear brush from the old McBroom property at 833 Old Highway 127. The road department will also work on the access road to Pine Haven Elementary School using soil from the Taubert property.
Johnson said the road will help improve traffic flow before and after school from Pine Haven. The Fentress County School Board will reimburse the work.
County Executive Jimmy Johnson said the projects will take just a few hours.
