Cookeville Electric working a power outage Friday morning affecting areas in the southern part of the city.
The outage streteches from Interstate Drive to Highway 111. The outage reported just after 7:20 Friday morning. Crews are on the scene.
Utility officials ask you do not contact 911 to report an outage.
