The Tennessee Supreme Court further suspended in-person court appearances until April 30.
Courts remain open statewide but pending court appearances have been postponed. The Order strongly encourages court proceedings by telephone, video, teleconferencing, email, or other means that do not involve in-person contact.
Crossville City Court dates have been rescheduled for May 19.
The court originally postponed court appearances until March 31. Chief Justice Jeff Bivins declared a state of emergency for the judicial branch.
