Cookeville Man Charged After Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian
Putnam County authorities arrested a Cookeville man after his vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian on Saturday. The Cookeville Police Department identified the deceased as 49-year-old Sabastian Bartolome Miguel of Cookeville. 56-year-old Matthew Blanchard faces charges of DUI and reckless endangerment.
