Cumberland County authorities arrested a man on Thursday for a statutory rape charge.
A Cumberland County grand jury indictment accuses Trent Austin Voelker of having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old. The grand jury handed down the indictment earlier this month.
The 22-year-old Voelker has an arraignment hearing scheduled for September 13.
