Missing Teenager Located Safely
Authorities located a missing Putnam County teenager Sunday. Jacob Troglin was located safely around 11:20 a.m. Putnam County authorities issued an alert for the 16-year-old on Saturday. Officials said Troglin went missing at 10 p.m. Friday after leaving his home in Baxter to visit a friend’s house.
