A Cookeville man faces multiple charges for allegedly having sexual relations with a 15-year-old juvenile.
Authorities arrested 21-year-old Terrence Philips for statutory rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor Monday.
Officers began investigating Philips after he transported the juvenile without parental consent.
During the investigation, officers learned that a sexual encounter had occurred between the two.
Authorities booked Phillips into the Putnam County Jail on a $31,000 bond.
