An Overton County Grand Jury has indicted a Livingston man for indecent exposure and sexual battery by an authority figure.
Indictment records state 38-year-old Brandon L. Thomas allegedly exposed his genitals to another person in February.
The indictment states that Thomas also had sexual contact with a minor while in a position of trust and supervisory power last year.
Thomas will appear in court for an arraignment hearing on July 10.
