A homeless Cookeville man allegedly threatened to blow up a woman’s home with chemicals Wednesday.
Officers with the Cookeville Police Department charged 24-year-old Ryan H. Armstrong with domestic assault and harassment.
An arrest warrant indicates that Armstrong made the threat after the woman told him to stay off her property. Armstrong made numerous phone calls to the victim and allegedly threatened a police officer during one of the calls.
