UCHRA and UCCDD Performance Evaluation Committee members have given their executive and financial directors positive reviews.
Executive Director Mark Farley addressed the evaluations during last week’s committee meeting.
“We’re always an open book. If you ever have questions or you have comments on how [Financial Director Ginger Stout] or myself can do things better, if we can improve in any way, we would certainly be willing to listen to that,” Farley said. “We’re a work in progress with this new arrangement we have. It’s new to us in some ways, but if there’s anything we can do, we’re open to suggestions.”
The seven-member committee rated Farley and Financial Director Ginger Stout on multiple categories on a 4.0 scale.
Farley received an average overall rating of 3.83, while Stout received a 3.59 rating.
The UCHRA and UCDD entered into a shared-management agreement last August, appointing Farley as the executive director after overseeing the UCDD and serving as the UCHRA’s interim director.
