Authorities arrested a Cookeville man Saturday for allegedly having sexual relations with a minor.
The Cookeville Police Department reports 44-year-old Danny Ray Johnson faces one count of aggravated statutory rape.
CPD released a statement Monday saying officers were called to a residence after receiving a domestic violence complaint against Johnson.
An investigation revealed Johnson had been sexually involved with a juvenile for several months.
Johnson was arrested at the Cookeville Police Department following the investigation and placed on $50,000 at the Putnam County Jail.
