A McMinnville man faces a charge of Arson after starting a fire at an outbuilding.
The Warren County Grand Jury indicted 60-year-old Billy Ray Nelson with one count of Arson.
In March, TBI Special Agents initially joined investigators from Warren County and Fire Investigation Services in responding to an outbuilding fire in Rock Island.
According to the TBI, the outbuilding served as a dwelling at the time of the fire.
During the course of the investigation, Agents identified Billy Nelson as the individual responsible for setting the fire.
Authorities booked Nelson into the Warren County Jail on a $7,500 bond Wednesday.
