A Crossville woman faces DUI and reckless endangerment charges following a Monday evening crash.
The Crossville Police Department has identified the woman as 46-year-old Tracy Jo Bottoms.
According to a police report, the accident happened at the intersection of Miller Avenue and Tenth Street.
The report said that Bottoms was driving a Ford Mustang when she crashed into a vehicle, which was pushed into the oncoming travel lane and struck by another vehicle.
Officers took inventory of the Mustang and found two empty bottles of tequila, two empty beer cans, and two unopened beers.
The report said a driver from one of the other vehicles received medical treatment at a local hospital.
