A DeKalb County man faces charges following a high-speed pursuit in Putnam County on I-40.
Nathan Gohs, 23, of Dowelltown, was booked into the Putnam County Jail Sunday and is being held on over $15,000 bond after attempting to flee authorities.
According to arrest warrants, Gohs reached speeds over 100 mph when he crashed his vehicle near the Putnam-DeKalb County line. Authorities were able to stop Gohs after he attempted to flee on foot.
Gohs faces multiple charges following the pursuit, including reckless endangerment, evading arrest, speeding, and not wearing a seat belt.
