The UCHRA executive committee has voted to no longer pursue a severance package with former executive director Luke Collins.
A motion approved Tuesday also called for researching any possible legal action towards Collins, who was terminated from his position earlier this year.
In June, the UCHRA executive committee voted to pursue a settlement with Collins for no more than $27,500.
The motion to no longer pursue a settlement with Collins was approved with 13 yes votes and 7 no votes.
