An early Monday morning crash in Warren County Kentucky has claimed the life of an elderly man from McMinnville.
Kentucky State Police have identified the deceased as 83-year-old James C. Williams.
Williams pronounced dead at the scene after his 2000 Subaru Outback left the right shoulder of Interstate 65, traveled down an embankment, and struck a tree.
Authorities said his car caught fire upon impact. The crash continues to be investigated by KSP.
