A Cookeville man was arrested by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office for his role in an altercation outside Echo Valley Market.
22-year-old Vinson Griffin fired shots in the Echo Valley parking lot June 19 after a verbal argument escalated. No one was injured during the incident.
Griffin was charged with two counts aggravated assault and one count reckless endangerment. He is currently in custody and his bond is set at $125,000.
