Crash Closes Section Of Nashville Highway In Putnam Co.
A Putnam County crash has closed Nashville Highway between Sullins Hollow Road and Medley Amonette Road. Officials at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office have asked drivers needing to travel in the area to seek additional routes. The closure may take hours to clear due to the nature of a crash.
TBI Launches Investigation of Jackson County Resident’s Death
TBI has launched an investigation of a fire-related death in Jackson County last Friday. Officials responded to a residential fire on McCoinsville Road. Crews found the homeowner, Solomon Stanley Minder, 71, dead within the house. TBI officials said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
