The bond hearing for a Spencer man charged with murder did not occur Tuesday.
Cumberland County Circuit Court officials said the murder case for 47-year-old Billy Joe Wannyn will be back on the docket September 12th.
Wannyn is accused stabbing 71-year-old Albin Buechel multiple times in January after breaking into his Seagraves Road home.
In February, a grand jury indicted Wannyn on charges of premeditated first-degree murder, felony murder, and aggravated robbery.
Wannyn is being held at the Cumberland County Jail under $1.5 million bond.
