Gentry Sentenced To Three Years In Prison

A White County man will spend 36 months in prison for wire fraud and money laundering charges. Carthage Woman Sentenced For TennCare Fraud

A Carthage woman will serve six years probation after entering a plea to charges of TennCare Fraud. As part of the plea agreement 52-year-old Carla McPherson will also repay the state $10,000. Authorities charged McPherson with fraudulently misrepresenting her household composition and her husband’s income to appear eligible for TennCare benefits.
