A Cookeville man faces citations following a two vehicle crash in Putnam County Thursday morning.
The crash happened on Highway 70 North at Hawkins Crawford Road.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol cited 20-year-old Andrew Brown with failure to exercise due care, expired registration, and failing to provide proof of financial responsibility.
Brown driving a 2008 Pontiac grand Prix when he rear ended a 2009 Mazda 3 that had stopped for a vehicle making a left turn onto Hawkins Crawford Road, according to the THP report.
No injuries occurred during the accident.
