Crews expected to wrap-up the widening of Highway 111 through Van Buren County in the next few weeks.
Rain this week postponed final paving of the highway stretching from Manus Road to near Double Bridge Road in Van Buren County. Crews hope to begin that work Friday. Southbound lanes will be affected with traffic reduced to one lane, according to T-DOT.
The project has been wrapped up for several weeks, but T-DOT found several issues it wanted the contractor to fix. These punch-list items should not affect traffic, according to T-DOT.
