The results from the investigation into the UCHRA practices and procedures under Executive Director Luke Collins did not get presented Tuesday.
The independent investigator did not make an appearance at the Executive Committee’s board meeting. Several Executive Committee board members said the investigation is being delayed by the State Comptroller’s own investigation.
The board that governs the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency placed Collins on Administrative leave with pay in February pending the outcome of the investigation. Collins took comp time and had the organization pay for some expenses that appeared to be personal.
