Drivers should watch for one-lane closures along Cookeville’s Jefferson Avenue and Willow Avenue through the end of the week.
Crews will be working on sewer lines from First National Bank to Krystal Wednesday and Thursday. The work along Jefferson Avenue will mainly be done overnight.
Sewer manhole work will take place on the northbound lanes of Willow Avenue between Broad Street and 1st Street beginning Thursday. The work will last into next week. Most of the Willow work will take place between 8am and 3pm.
